Books, books, books. They will increase your lifespan, lower your stress and boost your intelligence. Then whether you read a hard ( Which I like more ) copy of a book or read it from an e-book or listen to an audiobook. It doesn't matter.
So these are some of the books from my side that you must try in 2023. So Let's Started...

The principles of lean startup have been around for decades but this book brought them to the limelight when you're about to start your business it's easy to get caught up in grandiose plans complex strategies and extensive road maps but all businesses need to start somewhere so lean startup focuses on getting your business off the ground by continually testing your processes maximizing your cash flow and implementing iterative changes if you're an entrepreneur with a brilliant idea but don't know how or where to start then this book is for you this entrepreneurial classic encourages readers to embrace the uncertainties of doing business and pivot as necessary.
2. The Almanack of Naval Ravikant: A Guide to Wealth and Happiness - Eric Jorgenson
Naval Ravikanth is an entrepreneur he has co-founded a company called as AngelList and he has a really good podcast called how to get rich all of his tweets and all of the things that he has said online are compressed in this book-like format so that you can read all of them and you can ponder upon it. So it's a must-read for everyone who is getting into their career you can learn so much from this one person. Going forward he talks about leverage he talks about accountability, he talks about blockchain and so many other things so do take a look at this book.
3. The Winners Brain: 8 Strategies That Great Minds Use to Achieve Success - Jeff Brown and Mark Penske
This book takes a neuroscience perspective on the brain and I'll share two very interesting studies from the book the first was conducted on cab drivers that use their own memory to find routes instead of using Google Maps and they found that over time the hippocampus actually grew and developed in size and the hippocampus is the part of the brain responsible for visual and spatial memory and this shows that we can actually change our brain over time. The second study they conducted was on performing musicians where they did a functional MRI and when the musician was performing in flow without actually worrying about his performance or the audience the entire brain lit up not the left side or the right side but the entire brain and that tells us a bit about being in the flow or being in the zone this book gives us five powerful tools to help us change the landscape of our own brains book.
4. The boy the Mole the Fox and the Horse - Charlie Mackey
This book does such a phenomenal job of taking very complex thoughts, emotions, feelings, and things that we can struggle with taking these really complex things breaking them down into such a digestible and yet blunt way that can just kind of surprise you and how makes you think about it a little bit differently a little bit more vulnerably and often it's done from the perspective of but it's okay but you're gonna be okay so it's also such an encouraging book.
5. Solve For Happy: Engineer Your Path to Joy - Mo Gawdat
Mo Gawdat tackles the problem of how to be happy using his engineering training, coming up with an equation for lasting happiness. When his son died, Mo’s mission was to spread his happiness principles, and he has bottled those in this book. An answer to one of life’s great challenges, his message and methods will offer solace and a new way of looking at the world.
6. Sorry I'm Late, I Didn't Want to Come: An Introvert’s Year of Living Dangerously - Jessica Pan
While there are many advantages to being introverted, such as the ability to work quietly without constantly craving fun distractions, there are also sound reasons why people might want to learn to become more sociable and outgoing – many studies show that, on average, extraverts are happier, have better health and more friends than introverts.
But is such a transformation realistic? An introvert myself, I found inspiration from Pan's hilarious memoir published in 2020, in which she describes how she came out of her own introverted shell and spent a year living as a full-blown extravert, including performing standup and joining an improv group.
7. The Hard Thing About Hard Things - Ben Horowitz
This is a book by Ben Horowitz who is an entrepreneur who's also investing in startups basically he talks about his company and how he survived the whole stock market crash and the huge depression and he talks about a lot of different concepts that you don't really get to see when you look at these crazy interviews of people like Mark Zuckerberg or some you know huge entrepreneurs they don't really talk about the difficult parts and the difficult aspects of starting a startup and building it into a profitable business right so do take a look at this book.
8. The Definitive Book of Body Language Book - Barbara Pease
This is a great book on body language. It covers both how to read cues and how to adjust your own body language. It contains a LOT of illustrations which helps tremendously. It could be a bit more detailed, and the humor is pretty childish at times. But because of how comprehensive and well-researched it is while still being non-technical, it was easy to choose this one as my top pick.
9. The Friendship Formula: Add Great Friends, Subtract Toxic People and Multiply Your Happiness - Caroline Millington
Everyone has toxic people in their lives, but what would your world be like if they were no longer around? The Friendship Formula will help you identify your true friendships, and navigate the people in your life. Take back control of your relationships and multiply your happiness with this book!
10. The Alter Ego Effect - Todd Herman
My personal favorite! If you are ready to make a massive shift in your life, but you have no clue where to begin, then The Alter Ego Effect is a must-read for you! Todd Herman will teach you step-by-step how to move out of your way and perform at your peak.
